Easy Breezy Pumpkin Pie
It’s fall and pumpkin pie is all the rage! If you love the taste of a fresh pumpkin pie but have never tried to make one, this recipe is for you. It’s quick, easy and delicious.
9 Ingredients for the quick & perfect pumpkin pie!
- 2 Eggs
- 15 oz can of Pumpkin
- 1 can of evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup truvia sweetener (healthy substitute for granulated sugar)
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- dash of cinnamon
- store-bought pie crust
- Mix the sugar & spices in a small bowl
- Beat the eggs & pumpkin together in a large bowl
- Slowly add the sugar & spices into the the large bowl until mixed thoroughly
- Slowly add the can of evaporated milk until completely stirred into the mix
Baking Instructions
- Preheat over to 400 degrees
- Unroll the store-bought dough and press into pie pan. Push down on the outside edges
- Pour the filling into the crust
- If using an aluminum baking pan, place on top of a regular cookie sheet
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes
- Reduce heat to 375 and bake an additional 35 to 45 minutes
- Take pie out of the oven and let cool in room temperature for 30 minutes
- Place pie in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
