Phoe-Phoe’s Afternoon Tea Party at The Phoenician Easter Weekend

Easter Weekend

The Phoenician Commemorates Easter Weekend with new family offering: “Phoe-Phoe’s afternoon tea party.”

The Phoenician, Arizona’s premier AAA Five Diamond resort destination, celebrates the Easter holiday with a special outdoor tea party for young guests, local children and their families, presented by three gracious hosts.

On Saturday, April 4, from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m., the Orchid Lawn will be the setting for Phoe-Phoe’s Afternoon Tea Party, a charming version of The Phoenician’s traditional offering, complete with kid-friendly finger sandwiches, scones and an assortment of desserts.  All children in attendance will receive a plush bunny Phoe-Phoe, the resort’s signature mascot, as well as a copy of its latest children’s book, Fun at The Phoenician with Phoe-Phoe & Friends.  Local Scottsdale couple, Author Emily Randolph and Photographer/Illustrator Dan Merchant, will be on hand to sign copies of the book and read to the children.  Joining them will be one of the stars of the story, Lady, a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.  Reservations are required and can be made by calling (480) 423-2530.  The cost is $45 per person.  Children must be accompanied by an adult.

In this heart-warming sequel to Discover The Phoenician with Phoe-Phoe & Friends, the resort’s cottontail rabbit hops from one activity to the next, revealing that every day is a holiday at The Phoenician.  With a little help from her best friends, Charlie the bear and Tut-Tut the turtle, Phoe-Phoe takes readers on a colorful tour of all the great things to see and do, no matter what the season.
